The days of searching through the couch for the remote could very well be a thing of the past, as an Israeli company has announced the first “gesture technology” that allows users to control devices by waving their fingers.
EyeSight Technologies has announced the technology that would allow users to control TVs, computers and other devices by moving their fingers in the air.
Fingertip tracking capability is very accurate, down to a millimeter of recognition up to 15 feet away from the device.
And, certain hand gestures will be converted into commands, which will be used to control functions.
It will be your choice what you want your TV to do when you give it the middle finger.
