Some people are mad about the cover of yesterday's "New York Post", showing a 58-year-old guy on the subway tracks about to get run over. A photographer for the paper just happened to be standing on the platform at the time.
According to witnesses, the alleged assailant, who was working with street vendors near Rockefeller Center, was identified by police from security video. He was seen talking to himself on Monday afternoon before he got into an altercation with 58-year-old Ki-Suck Han at the Times Square station and pushed him onto the tracks in the path of the oncoming train. The suspect was taken into custody on Tuesday, but wasn't immediately charged.
