Deadbeat dads in Russia have become an epidemic. To combat the growing problem, Russian law enforcement officials plan to print photos of the deadbeat dads on pizza boxes.

It’s their form of the “missing child’ photos on milk cartons.

Shaming of deadbeat dads is an entire industry in Russia. Billboards, websites, and public banners try to humiliate them into paying their alimony. So far, it’s worked. Cases have plummeted 30% as fathers try to erase their mugs off billboards.
