It’s a real shame that we’ve cut arts education from children’s curriculum because it means that all those creative minds will not have the opportunity to flex their creative muscles in school. We talk about the importance of developing the logical mind in children with scientific studies but the government and, let’s face it, our communities, decided that the same shouldn’t be true about creativity. Yet creativity develops empathy, human understanding and helps to not only keep children out of trouble but also to find their path in life. That’s what this show is about today: the resurgence of creative thinking, thanks to non-profit organizations like Music Doing Good.

We also talked about the Ring Them Bells concert, benefitting the Parish School. It’s on December the 8th at Ensemble Theatre. For tickets to that, visit: www.ParishSchool.org
