Hitachino Nest White Ale

Flavor: Crisp, Citrus and Floral notes. Also subtle Ginger and Corriander.
Aroma: Light citrus, Lemmon, Spicy
Pairs well with: Great with light seafood dishes. Great with steamed mussels
Beer notes: A refreshing mildly hopped Belgian styled beer with a complex flavor of coriander, orange peel, nutmeg. White Ale has won gold medals at several beer competition in U.K. and U.S. This is one of HITACHINO's top-selling beers both in Japan and U.S.

Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Urbock

Location: Bamberg, Germany
Style: Smoked Beer
A.B.V. (Alcohol By Volume) 5.1%
Flavor: Smoky, woody and bacon.
Aroma: Sweet smoked roast. Smells of a hotdog roasting over a campfire.
Pairs well with: Roasted or wood-grilled beef, game, pork, specialty hams and sausage. Applewood Smoked Cheddar.
Beer notes: A smoked bock beer for Bamberg’s strong beer season (October through December). Matured for months in ancient rock-cellars underneath Bamberg and tapped freshly from the oakwood cask. Similar to, but much bigger than the classic Maerzen style.
