Starting a brewery for the home brewer seems like a dream! No wearing a suit, no sitting in rush hour traffic and no a-hole boss yelling at you for every little thing. Make your own hours, do something you truly love and have a bottomless mug of beer.

But like starting any business it is very complicated to get off the ground. Especially when alcohol is involved in the business plan, there are tons of paper work that needs to be approved and file before you can commercially brew. When everything is approved and all licenses are granted you are ready for business.

Where do you begin opening your own brewery? What are the steps? Who do you contact for permit applications? The start up process is very complicated.

A revolutionary idea is in motion to help brewers establish a network and get them ready to start their own brewery. The Brewery Incubator is “creating the world's first co-working brewery and collaborative brewpub in historic downtown Houston, TX.”

A REVOLUTIONARY IDEA IN CRAFT BREWING COMING SOON TO DOWNTOWN HOUSTON

We are creating the world's first co-working brewery and incubator to foster the development of craft breweries by providing a pilot facility, tap room, support network and audience accessible to all aspiring brewers.

We cultivate these nano-breweries through business workshops, networking events, co-marketing, investor pitches and co-working until they are fully ready to launch their own brewery. We aspire to serve as a venue for experimental brews and new collaborations, promoting industry innovation and education.

More than a brewery, we aim to create a community center for craft beer locals. Our pub will cater to members. We will host classes, tastings, tours and community brew-ins. We will sponsor homebrew clubs and competitions. We are boldly going where no craft brewery has gone before... to the people! We are now live on Kickstarter! As part of our campaign we're creating amazing events for all of our Backers so head to http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/kitcheninc/the-brewery-incubator-co-working-brewery-collabora and support the Brewery Incubator for an invitation to beer tastings, dinners, auctions, parties and more.
