The Houston City Club understands that craft beer popularity is growing rapidly in Texas. To create more craft awareness HCC organized a food pairing with all five Houston breweries and a few others from around the state.

Chef Jon Hebert picked a couple beers from No Label, Saint Arnold, Karbach, Southern Star, Buffalo Bayou, Alamo and Real Ale to pair with some delicious appetizers. Both the beer and the food complimented each other perfectly.

Each brewery had representatives on hand to talk with the crowd about their brands. Even Brock Wagner owner/founder of St. Arnold was there meeting and greeting the attendees.
 
The evening also included guest speakers and door prizes that were given out every thirty minutes.
