Back in January, 19-year-old Jeremy Kegarise of Heidelberg Township, Pennsylvania was throwing a house party. Since he's underage, he asked his 21-year-old friend Antonio Inzillo to buy some beer. He gave Antonio $15.
Antonio came back to the house with Yuengling. (--If you're not familiar, that's a lager that's made in Pennsylvania. It's actually America's oldest operating brewing company.)
Jeremy didn't want that. He wanted Antonio to buy LIGHT BEER. They started arguing . . . it turned physical . . . and Jeremy ended up PUNCHING OUT Antonio. He actually FRACTURED HIS SKULL which led to his BRAIN BLEEDING.
Antonio still gets headaches as a result of the fight. This week, Jeremy pleaded guilty to simple assault . . . which could get him up to two years in prison. He'll be sentenced next month.
