Erich Matthew Muller (born June 21, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American radio and television personality known as Mancow or Mancow Muller. He likes surfuing, walks on the beach and isn't afraid to cry.
How should I start? "You think you know, but you have no idea..." No. That's cliche and so 2001. "I'm Marissa Sanchez, La Latina Heat, and I'm the female sidekick and entertainment reporter for Mancow's Morning Madhouse." No,
that's boring. I wonder if the boys on the show think I'm boring... Who
cares? They are silly boys. SO immature. But they're so funny! I love
them all. Except when they're mean to me. Why are men such jerks? Well,
only some men are. I actually like most guys I meet....Except the cheap
guys who drink cheap beer and play fantasy football all day. Football
players are sexy. I'd love to be a dancer for a football team. Then I
could do those body rolls! Dancing is so great. And it's good exercise.
Al Roker Jr.
My name is Al Roker Jr. I am the Director of Sports Operations for Mancow's Morning Madhouse. I've lived on the Southside of Chicago my entire life and am a fan of all Chicago sports teams. Even the Cubs and the Sox. People who say you can only root for either the Cubs or Sox are stupid! If you're from Chicago, you should support Chicago, period!
Kool-aid The frosty pitcher filled with Kool-Aid. The mascot of Kool-Aid, Kool-Aid Man (aka The Big Man), was known for bursting suddenly through walls, seemingly
summoned by the making and imbibing of Kool-Aid by children. His catch phrase is "Oh, yeah! Dig it!"
Watching other's fail is a little gratifying. I know that's not nice to say, but I did. Here's some examples of watching people fail and just how funny it can be.

HOT!
The City of Houston has activated its Emergency Heat Plan.Means they have put out health advisories and made all public libraries cooling centers.
The HDHHS offered the following tips:
Increase water consumption. Drink lots of liquids even before getting thirsty, but avoid those with caffeine, alcohol or large amounts of sugar because these can actually result in the loss of body fluid.
Conduct outdoor work or exercise in the early morning or evening when it is cooler. Outdoor workers should drink plenty of water or electrolyte-replacement beverages and take frequent breaks in the shade or in an air-conditioned facility. Those unaccustomed to working or exercising in a hot environment need to start slowly and gradually increase heat exposure over several weeks.
Check on the elderly. Take the initiative to visit seniors for signs of heat related illnesses. It takes the elderly nearly twice the time of younger people to return to core body temperature after exposure to extreme temperatures. A phone call to the frail elderly is not sufficient to determine physical condition.
Wear light-colored, loose fitting clothing that permits the evaporation of perspiration.
Do not leave children, senior citizens or pets unattended in a vehicle.
A wide-brimmed hat helps prevent sunburn as well as heat-related illness. Sunscreen also protects from the sun’s harmful rays and reduces the risk of sunburn.
If the house is not air-conditioned, seek accommodations in air-conditioned facilities during the heat of the day: multi-service centers, malls, movie theaters, libraries, etc.
Take frequent cool baths or showers if your home is not air-conditioned.
Stay alert to heat advisories. The National Weather Service declares a Heat Emergency when the heat index, a computation of the air temperature and humidity, reaches 108 degrees on two or more consecutive days. A heat index of 108 is a potential health threat for all people and is particularly dangerous for high-risk groups.

Prior to the game, about 40 people across the street from the ballpark chanted "Oppose racism!" and "Boycott Arizona!"
Others stationed closer to the subway exit handed out leaflets that requested Major League Baseball move next year's All-Star game out of Phoenix.
